Zakłady Górniczo-Metalowe „Zębiec” w Zębcu Spółka Akcyjna has a tradition going back to the 1950s. Since the beginning, we have focused on constant improvement of our products and modernisation of our facility. The quality of our products is supervised by engineers and process engineers, who develop precise designs and supervise each product.
We supply highly efficient heating units which provide heat for houses, utility buildings, shops and commercial spaces. For the manufacture of our boilers we use only proven and durable materials, which significantly contribute to their strength and a long service life. Our boilers come with a 10-year warranty Such features as easy operation and maintenance, long life and fault-free operation of boilers from ZGM „Zębiec” SA make our brand one of the most recognisable in the sector, appreciated by Customers from Poland and other European countries.
Apart from supplying high quality boilers we manufacture and distribute products that are indispensable in construction, drilling and foundry casting. We supply resin-coated silica sands, bentonites and perlite. We are one of the largest companies in the sector – our operation started from sand extraction in 1954.

Company history in short
The Comapny was established in 1954 as Kopalnie i Zakłady Wzbogacania Piasków Żelazistych w Budowie. Initially, it was involved in the extraction and enrichment of iron sand. In 1965, the production of luppen was launched – a semi-fabricated material for metallurgy – and the facility changed its name to Zakłady Górniczo-Hutnicze „Zębiec”. Over time, the output grew and encompassed new products. In 1999, Zakłady Górniczo-Metalowe „Zębiec” w Zębcu Spółka Akcyjna was called into being.
Certified quality
The quality of our products is demonstrated by our Customers’ satisfaction and their increasing number. We hold test certificates for our products, which proves that the Company has focused on the high quality of its boilers and minerals ever since. We are constantly improving our production potential and raising the qualifications of our employees. Thanks to that we would obtain renewed Integrated Management System certificates over the recent years, having been audited by the Polish Centre for Testing and Certification in Warsaw. In 2017, ZGM ZĘBIEC SA was awarded an Integrated Management System certificate no. JBS-97/8/2017 based on standards PN-EN ISO 9001:2015, PN-EN ISO 14001:2015, and PN-N-18001:2004.
The implementation of the Integrated Management System facilitates the maintenance of high quality of our products, care for the environment, and the health and safety of the staff.
Our Company has long participated in the RZETELNA FIRMA programme [Reliable Company Programme] and holds the Golden Reliability Certificate awarded by the National Debt Register. This certificate demonstrates our responsibility, diligence and the ethical conduct of our Company.
